FRICTION HOLD MECHANICAL STOP

Friction hold stop mechanism designed to mount directly to our range of steering columns. The device contains a Hall Effect rotary position sensor to output electrical signals correlated to rotary position. The shaft is held by friction requiring 10 in-lbs to rotate.

  • 334 degrees of Stop to Stop rotation.
  • Stops withstand up to 220 lb-ft of torque on input shaft
  • Mount directly to column flange.
  • Designed for BEI Series 9360 sensor

Self-centering stop mechanism designed to mount below our range of steering columns. The device contains a Hall Effect rotary position sensor to output electrical signals correlated to rotary position. The device contains springs to return the wheel to center when released.

  • 270 degrees of Stop to Stop rotation, with spring return.
  • Stops withstand up to 220 lb-ft of torque on input shaft
  • Mount with 0.25” plate between column and device
  • Designed for BEI Series 9360 sensor
