After we’ve squared away our initial approach and figured out how your needs relate to our current product line, we get to work creating specific 2D and 3D mockups of the impending product. Each individual part gets its own model so that nothing falls between the cracks.

This process can get a little complicated, especially when so many parts are involved, so we’ve created a novel naming system to make it easy to reference individual facets of our product line. Communication is streamlined.

Since we do a lot of that with the customer during this stage to ensure we get all the details down, we can both narrow in on what you need and get things done quickly.

Quoting Is On Your Terms

Once the design is wrapped up, we give you an official quote on price and lead time.

Or, if you prefer, we can give you step-by-step quotes as the design we create together changes and parts cause the price to rise and fall. If you provide us with targets regarding the timeline or price, we’ll pull out all the stops to meet them.

Though quoting tends to lock in final designs, we’re still open to changes after things are made official; We understand that your custom steering column must be perfect. Late changes may, however, affect the cost or lead times.

Prototypes: Fantastically Flexible

Once we’ve got the go-ahead, we move on to making prototypes and flagging new processes or facets for extra attention. We streamline this step by adopting an approach that makes many new parts follow the same “steps” we make every day.
